COMMON QUESTIONS
Kami berkebolehan untuk melakukan servis cleaning & auto spa (detailing) dan servis Disinfeksi Level Tinggi. Kami diiktiraf oleh organisasi negara (MOF certificate).
Tempoh untuk cucian karpet rumah (kediaman) akan mengambil 10-14 hari bekerja tetapi jika pihak ZCD dapat menyiapkan lebih awal kami akan beritahu anda melalui aplikasi WhatsApp.
Dengan menggunakan teknik pembersihan dalam, hama, habuk, kotoran dan peluh akan dicucikan. Namun begitu, terdapat beberapa faktor yang
memungkinkan fabrik anda tidak bersih sepenuhnya seperti :
- kotoran di fabrik anda tidak dicuci dalam tempoh yang lama sehingga menjadikan kotoran itu kekal di permukaan fabrik. (merged thread).
- Fabrik anda telah pun rosak permukaannya. Fabrik ini perlu dibaiki permukaannya namun pihak Zumi C.D tidak menyediakan servis pembaikpulihan fabrik.
Bergantung jenis calar. jika calar pada kereta sudah sampai memakan Cat kereta maka calar tidak boleh dihilangkan. hanya calar halus/manja / calar dalam sahaja masih boleh diselamatkan.
Masalah Stone Chip memang Tidak boleh dihilangkan. kami cadangankan lindungi kereta anda dengan filem pelindung cat (PPF).
Zumi C.D mempunyai t&c pada resit menyatakan 24 jam jaminan kepuasan pelanggan. Jika selepas dicuci dan anda tidak berpuas hati dengan servis kami, sila maklumkan kepada wakil pelanggan kami atau hubungi kami di zumiempire@gmail.com / 0175304709 dalam tempoh 24 jam selepas cucian selesai. Kami akan membuat cucian semula fabrik anda tanpa mengenakan sebarang cas tambahan.
Namun begitu, Zumi C.D tidak akan melakukan cucian semula sekiranya anda lambat memaklumkan kepada kami selepas tempoh 24 jam selepas cucian.
Ya, ZCD akan mengenakan cas pengangkutan + toll (jika ada).
